What happens to the numbers you type
Nothing leaves your browser. Every calculation — and every PDF — is made on your device. If you share a result, the numbers travel in the part of the link after the "#", which browsers never send to any server.
Not a valid document. Estimate for information only — not legal, tax or immigration advice. Rules change often and errors are possible. Confirm every figure with a licensed lawyer in the country before you pay anything.
Cookies and tracking
This site currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this page will say exactly what is used and you will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.
Server logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Once a day a script of ours reads the request records Cloudflare keeps for this site (IP address, browser type, country, pages and time) to count visits and tell people from automated bots; the IP addresses are used only during that run and never stored. What we keep is daily totals, and the site owner receives a short daily message with the country, pages viewed and time of day of each real visit — never an address and never anything you typed. The site sets no cookies and carries no tracking code.
If you email us at hello@realloanrate.com, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
