Free calculators for your website

Updated

Two small, free calculators you can put on your blog, agency site or staff handbook: our flat rate converter, and the cash you need to buy a home in the UAE.

Not a valid document. Estimate for information only — not financial advice, not an offer of credit and not a bank document. Errors are possible. Only your bank's or finance company's official offer letter, contract and statements are binding.

Paste the code where the calculator should appear. It works on any site that lets you add HTML (WordPress "Custom HTML" block, Wix "Embed code", Squarespace "Code" block).

Flat rate to real yearly rate

Your readers type a loan amount, the flat rate they were offered and the term — and see the real yearly rate. This is the calculator exactly as your readers will see it:

Cash you need to buy a home in the UAE

Your readers choose the price, the emirate, the kind of home and how they pay — and see the total cash needed on the day: down payment, government fees, mortgage registration, the bank, the agent and moving in. It suits property, relocation and agency guide pages. The numbers are the same as in our full costs of buying calculator.

What they do — and do not do

  • The flat rate converter works out the real yearly rate, the monthly instalment and the total interest from a flat rate. The maths is the same in any currency.
  • The home buying calculator counts the government fees each emirate publishes itself and typical amounts for the bank, the agent and the developer, in AED. Where an emirate publishes no fee, it says so instead of guessing.
  • They store nothing and send nothing: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking of your readers, no ads, no sign-up and no lead forms.
  • They are free, for any site. We ask for two things only: keep the credit line under the calculator visible, and don't place it so that it looks like a lender's own offer.
  • The numbers are estimates, not financial advice — the same terms as the rest of this site apply.

Questions people ask

Are the calculators really free?

Yes — the Real Loan Rate calculators are free: there is no fee, no account and no limit. Please keep the credit line under the calculator visible.

Do they track my readers?

No — the Real Loan Rate calculators set no cookies, load no analytics or advertising code and send nothing your readers type anywhere. The calculation runs in their browser.

Do they work outside the UAE?

The Real Loan Rate flat rate converter does: converting a flat rate into a real yearly rate is the same maths in any currency. The home buying calculator is for the seven emirates only.

Which one suits a property or relocation site?

The Real Loan Rate home buying costs calculator for the UAE: it shows the total cash a buyer needs on the day in any emirate, with a link to every fee itemised.

Can I change the size?

Both Real Loan Rate calculators take the width of the space you give them, up to 640 px; give them at least 300 px. For the flat rate calculator, change height="600" in its code. The home buying calculator works out its height from its width with the style in its code (height:max(945px, …)): raise the 945px there if you want it taller on wide pages. Its height="1600" only applies where a site removes that style. Making either one lower can put a scrollbar inside the calculator.
